Parents In Sports Week 2021/22 Survey
Thank you for your support and commitment in bringing your child to City in the Community (CITC) sessions week in, week out and for supporting the work we do across Greater Manchester, especially during the current climate. We really do appreciate and value your contribution to your child’s sporting activities and involvement with CITC.
This week is the NSPCC Child Protection in Sport Unit’s annual ‘Parents in Sport week’ and once again CITC are supporting the campaign. As part of this, we are keen to collect the thoughts and opinions of parents, guardians and carers of CITC participants across our programmes. We value all of your opinions and all responses received on the below survey will be anonymous.
We would be grateful if you could spend some time to complete the survey below which will be open until Monday 11th October 2021.

Harvest Donations for Foodbank
Dear Parents and Carers,
As we officially enter autumn, we know life is still proving to be a little difficult for some of us.
For harvest this year, we would like to support Wythenshawe Foodbank. This is a charity very close to Benchill Primary and our community.
None of us know when we may need the support of the foodbank so we are asking our families to give a helping hand and donate an item of food for our ‘Harvest Foodbank Collection’.
Suggested items and those they are currently in need of include:
Long life milk
Long life juice/ squash
Instant mash potato (SMASH)
Packets of biscuits/ Snack bars
Toiletries – shampoo/ conditioner/ deodorant (men’s & women’s)/ toothpaste/ mouthwash
Other items that we know they always need include:
Feminine hygiene products
Baby wipes and nappies
The above items can only be given to families when they are available.
All food will be gratefully received, as long as the food is packaged and in date. Fresh items will not last and will be unable to be donated.
If you would like to contribute, please send donations into school between Monday 4th October and Wednesday 6th October. All donations will be taken on Thursday 7th October.
Items can be brought into school with your child and given to their class teacher.
Thank you, in advance, for all you support.
