At Benchill Primary School we follow the Manchester Healthy Schools programme, which aims to tackle health inequalities and improve the health and wellbeing of children and young people. There are 7 thematic areas within the Healthy Schools team which are: Healthy Lifestyles, Social and Emotional Health, Mental Health and Wellbeing, Relationships and Sex Education, Drugs and Alcohol Education, Unintentional Injury Prevention and Personal Social and Health Education (PSHE).
